Youth Strength Programs

Our youth strength program focuses on building the athletes main base of strength. Through the use of multi-joint exercises, jumps, sprints, and loaded carries and drags, we are ensuring that the athlete is developing total body strength which then improves overall athleticism. Each athlete we receive an individual folder with his/hers individualized strength program. There the athlete, as well as the coach, can track and monitor progression session by session, week by week, and month by month.
