Brief info

My name is Joey Fredrickson for those of you who don't know me. I am a former athlete who has competed and trained at an elite level and at the Division I level where I attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and received my BS in Exercise Sciences. Also logging over 600+ hours as a S&C intern coach at UIC working with a diverse athlete population. Through the years of competing and physical training, I have devoted countless hours to better my athletic performance through strength and conditioning. Now it is my time to give it back to those who are willing to work their way to the top. If anyone has any questions on what I can do for them feel free to get in contact with me.
